Please do not let this dream come true!

Ever heard of the term Dejavu? Well, I'm back dating this deam (or rather nightmare) of mine which happened weeks ago but it was so vivid and real i thought i better put it on record to "ward" of any chance of this incident "dejavuing" (if there is such a word) on me.

"I was driving along a street when one inconsiderate motorist swerved into my lane, forcing me to veer right to avoid the collision... Then i heard the dreaded siren.... it was the "Man in white" aka Traffic police, zooming up next to me, signalling me to pull over.

Immediately, 2 terrible things floated across my mind

1) I do not have my driver's license with me coz i've lent it to my cousin to use as a shopping discount card. I'm doomed!

2) I do not have my IC coz i've lent it to a friend to redeem a free gift! I'm REALLY doomed!

The traffic police jumped off his bike and showed me this stylo milo folder filled with pictues of traffic offences. Lo and behold! There was one picture of me driving across double white lines.

Even before i could explain that i was forced to drive cross the double white lines because of some inconsiderate motorist, he shoved a ticket in my face and said 'The fine is $2600!' "

The next thing i know, my M&Ms alarm clock rang and this nightmare ended abruptly. That traffic police didn't have time to ask for my identification! phew.... saved by the bells!

.... please... please.... don't let this nightmare come true!
